Seabreeze Quilters was established in 1980 as the fourth local guild chartered by the New England Quilt Guild. We are a private, nonprofit group.
The goal of the Seabreeze Quilters is to bring together people who appreciate quilts and quilting.
Seabreeze meets on the second Tuesday of every month from 7 P.M. to approximately 9 P.M. at the Senior Citizens Center on Court Street in Exeter, NH.
Officers are elected in May. Annual Dues ($15) are paid in April; guests may attend two meetings free. All members receive a monthly newsletter that features news of the guild, block-of-the-month patterns, and information on trips and programs.
A typical meeting includes a business meeting, "show n' tell" by individual members, drawings for door prizes and Round Robin assignments. Speakers, workshops, demonstrations, and special programs follow.
Seabreeze is a large and active guild. We have a membership cap of 80 members and maintain a waiting list, as openings occur we offer a membership to the first person on the list.
