For our September meeting, Sue Michaels from Dragonfly Fiberart will feature over 70 bags with a variety of design and construction features.
Presentation will cover construction techniques, interfacings, hardware and material choices with lots of tips and tricks to learn! 
Everyone gets a free pattern and lots of fun inspiration.

PROPOSED CHANGES TO
BY-LAWS 2024
The By-Laws of the Seabreeze Quilt Guild may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present at a guild meeting provided proposed amendment has been read at a previous meeting or members may have been notified

At the September meeting the proposed changes to our by-laws will be presented to members.
In the October newsletter the proposed changes will be printed and a written vote on the changes will take place at the October meeting.
