Quilts of Valor
Quilts of Valor were awarded to three service members during a Flag ceremony
at the Elks Lodge in Portsmouth on Sunday, June 15.
During the beautiful and well attended event, it was moving to see the impact of this program, to hear the incredible list of distinguished awards and sacrifices of the veterans, and to watch the veterans be wrapped in a quilt and thanked for their service.

Summer Celebration of New England Quilts
During our May meeting, guild members were treated to a display of member quilts. The quilts were vying for selection as the guild representative to the New England Quilt Museum's "Summer Celebration of New England Quilts". The exhibit will feature a gallery exhibition of exceptional quilts made by the Museum’s Supporting Guilds. The goal of the NEQM is to present an array of vibrant, distinctive and finely crafted quilts. The representative quilt from Seabreeze Quilt Guild was created by Kerin Ferrin. Be sure visit the exhibition to see her quilt on display with entries from other New England guilds. August 12 through September 6, 2025 The New England Quilt Museum 18 Shattuck St Lowell, MA |
